Trading Terms
These Terms & Conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the “Join Store London” website and for the purchase of goods expressed to hello@joinstorelondon.co.uk.
By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order you are indicating that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Prices
All prices are as stated on the Join Brands Limited website, although Join Brands Limited reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods at any time. All final prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. When prices are shown in other currencies, these prices are based on a WebserviceX currency conversion updated on a daily basis. Your bank may use a different conversion rate and may charge you for a foreign currency transaction if it is not a Pound Sterling account. Prices are shown including VAT, although VAT will not be charged on orders with a delivery address outside the UK.
Discount Codes & Promotions
Please note that there are certain items for sale that will be excluded from all promotions and discount codes. Sale items and gift vouchers are excluded from promotional discounts.
Warranties
Join Brands Ltd is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancellation Period
The cancellation period for sales through the Join Brands Ltd website is 14 days from the day after the customer receives their order. In order to receive a full refund, it is the customers responsibility to return the item to Join Brands Limited in its original and unused state. Failure to do so may result in compensation being recovered by Join Brands Limited up to the original sale price.
