Refunds + Returns
Can I return my goods?
We want you to love your Join handcrafted products but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the shipping date along with your original delivery note.
Returns in the UK are free and we will refund 2nd class postage costs upon receipt of items in their original condition. The postage for overseas returns will have to be covered by the customer.
Returns or refunds on Sale items are limited to 14 days after receipt, unless they are damaged or faulty.
We also cannot accept returns on custom candles as these are made to order.
All we ask is that the items you send back are:
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. We regret that we are unable to refund the initial postage costs for returns.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Be sure be get a proof of posting.
